The weekend before Nate came home we were visiting at Gramie and Grandpa's house and decided to go explore the neighbors yard. Since they were on vacation Syd decided that she wanted to play on their play set. She had a blast sliding, swinging, and climbing up. Grandpa asked the neighbor about purchasing this set a few weeks earlier and the man wanted $10,000 (he has since lowered his asking price to $8,000), yes that is what he wanted. Needless to say we will not be buying it but will help ourselves when they are not there. :)

Oh by the way, the neighbors are really nice and don't mind if she plays so don't worry Syd won't be arrested for trespassing any time soon.
