Sydney Making Noise

This video is a few weeks old but it is cute. She had just figured out that she could make noise and a mess with her mouth. She is so adorable while spitting saliva everywhere.

Sydney's First Valentine

Well as most of you know it was a grils Valentines Day with the exception of baby Aiden. Sydney and Aiden were eachothers valentines. They were very cute together, but a little nervous since their mommy's were there taking pictures. Aiden brought flowers and a valentine and Sydney made him and her other boyfriend Bryant one too. Overall we had a great day but hopefully we will be with our valentines soon.

Adorable Baby and Her New Shoes

I recently bought Sydney some shoes. They are the cutest things I have ever seen. They make baby clothes so damn adorable. I would have bought more pairs but her little feet are not going to stay the same size for long so it doesn't make sense to buy them. I dressed her up all pretty to show off those shoes.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone. A very special I Love You to a wonderful husband and father. We miss you and can't wait for you to come home.

Sydney looks so cute in her holiday PJ's. She is all ready to enjoy the holiday with one of her boyfriends Baby Aiden. Shana, Krystin, and I are going to be each other's Valentines while the guys are gone. We plan on spending the evening eating and watching sappy movies.

I Love You

Sydney and Her Sock

Last night Sydney did the cutest thing. She was sitting up playing with her toys like a good girl and when I looked over at her and she was bent over getting a toy. When she sat back up she had her sock in her mouth. She had taken it off with her mouth and then started to chew on it. It was so cute and funny, I couldn't resist taking a picture. She seems to be learning things from Linus and Henry.

Feeding Time

Sydney has grown up so much in the past month. She is playing more, sitting by herself, starting to attempt to low crawl (she has the arms down but the legs aren't coordinated yet), and she is now holding her own bottle. She does great but when she moves it falls out of her hand and she hasn't figured it out completely but I thought I would share this cute picture.

Gina's Braces

First of all I look like a dork. A lot of you may think I am crazy for getting them on. I have one tooth that is out of place that bugs me, so about a month ago I asked the orthodontist in our office what he thought. He tried to move it with a retainer but it didn't do anything. He told me he was determined to get it in place and wanted me to go into traditional ortho. He only charged me $100 for supplies so it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I should only be in them for a few months and they are only on the bottom so hopefully it is worth it. They WILL be off in July when Nate comes home even if I have to take them off myself. Wish me luck, so far they suck!

Muddy Truck

Most of you know that Sydney is now with a new daycare. The new lady that watches her is named Cindy and she is a Mennonite woman that I met at work. She is great. Sydney loves her and she has asked many times if she could keep her.
The only negative things are she lives twenty minutes away from me and then another 15 minutes from the dental office. I have to leave a lot earlier, but so far I think it is worth it. The other crappy thing is she lives at the end of a long dirt (mud) driveway. The weather has been horrible here lately so everyday I have to put the truck in 4WD just to get to the house.
I thought I would post a few pictures of Nate's muddy truck and me in my sexy boots. It is a little cleaner then normal because it just rained. Nathan's poor baby truck is actually getting used!

Sydney's 6 month Dr. Visit

Sydney recently went for her six month checkup. She is growing like a champ. She now weighs 16 pounds, 14 ounces (basically 17 pounds) and is 25.5 inches long.
She is learning new things everyday. She now sits up by herself for long periods of time, talks to herself in a language only she knows, and recently she discovered if she pushes her lips together and blows she makes a funny noise and a mess with all of her slobber. She is also standing very well and still hates being on her tummy. I think she may walk and not crawl, but only time will tell.
She is eating all sorts of fruits and veggies. Her favorite foods seem to be applesauce, pears, squash, and sweet potatoes.
She has begun teething but there are no teeth present yet. She does enjoy chewing on everything, including trying to chew on the dogs ears. They don't like it when she tries to do that. :)

Overall she is doing great. I will keep everyone posted on her milestones
